Bluesky Healthcare Tilt in Space Chairs

The Bluesky Healthcare Tilt in Space chair is perfect for people with hip and back flexion problems.  When the chair starts to recline the leg rest moves up to support the legs from behind the knees whilst at the same time the backrest begins to move back. To allow conformity of body position the recline action is in one continuous movement so that the reclining occurs as a tilt in space action . The movement of the chair allows the leg rest to raise substantially above the hips to aid in venous return whilst the back rests reclines to 40 degrees. The Tilt in Space is available in the two frame sizes of Monroe and Brando.
The Bluesky Healthcare Monroe chair is built on our mid sized frame. Fashioned for the average person the Monroe is the size of your everyday recliner chair. With its base set slightly higher than a standard recliner it is designed for the comfort of the majority of the community and fits well into the layout of any lounge room.


The Bluesky Healthcare Brando chair is built on a larger frame. Fashioned for the bigger person the Brando has a higher and wider seat, is taller through the backrest and longer through the leg rest. With its base set well above that of a standard recliner it is designed for the comfort of the fuller sized person.
